Accountability Policy

@fullXRI inherits the Global Accountability Policy defined by XDI.org, and in addition publishes its own Community Accountability Policy.

Global Accountability Policy

  1. An XDI.org Agent MUST maintain a Registration in the @ registry with current Full Contact Data. This registration MUST be established at the time of initial accreditation and be kept current as long as the XDI.org Agent remains accredited. Each I-Broker MUST be the Sponsoring I-Broker for their own @ registration; all other XDI.org Agents shall select their own Sponsoring I-Broker. The Full Contact Data must identify the real world legal entity accountable for enforcement of the Community Policies established and published by the XDI.org Agent and the legal jurisdiction(s) under which enforcement actions may be taken. Such data MUST be publicly available via Registry Info Service.
  2. An XDI.org Agent MUST publish all policies and documents required by the GSS via a publicly-accessible Policy Page as specified in section 2.4.5.
  3. An XDI.org Agent MUST publish a Community Accountability Policy stating at least one means by which a perceived violation of the Community Policies or other agreements published by the Agent can be brought for enforcement.
  4. An XDI.org Agent MUST maintain a current active Contact Service per the ISS specifications [ISS]. This Contact Service MUST provides an active (push) means of contacting or notifying the XDI.org. The Contact Page MUST contain a link to the XDI.org Agent’s Policy Page.

Community Accountability Policy

In addition to inheriting the Global Accountability Policy, @fullXRI defines the following Community Accountability Policy:

  1. @fullXRI is a corporation organized and in good standing in the Republic of Austria. In accordance with §5 of the Austrian E-Commerce Act, @fullXRI publishes an "Impressum" (Legal Notice) on its website, which contains information and contact data about the legal entity providing @fullXRI services.
  2. @fullXRI maintains the following registration in the @ registry with current full contact data: @fullXRI. This registration has been established at the time of the initial accreditation and is kept current as long as @fullXRI remains accredited. @fullXRI is the Sponsoring I-Broker for its own @ registration. The full contact data identifies the real world legal entity accountable for enforcement of the Community Policies established and published by @fullXRI and the legal jurisdiction(s) under which enforcement actions may be taken.
  3. @fullXRI publishes all policies and documents required by the GSS via the following publicly-accessible Policy Page: http://xri.net/@fullXRI/(+policy.page).
  4. A perceived violation of the Community Policies or other agreements published by @fullXRI can be brought to enforcement by using @fullXRI's public Contact Page I-Service.
  5. @fullXRI maintains the following current, active Contact Service per the ISS specifications: http://xri.net/@fullXRI/(+contact). This Contact Service provides an active (push) means of contacting or notifying @fullXRI. The Contact Page contains a link to @fullXRI's Policy Page.

Conformance

@fullXRI assures that this Accountability Policy is in conformance with the XDI.org Global Accountability Policy.
